Do I need PRC to use the service?
No. We serve clients with and without active PRC. The form question lets our team prepare the right quote — our focus is correct, advance-filed declarations, with or without your PRC.
Do you show pricing on the website?
No. Every shipment has variables (weight, volume, category, frequency, destination) that change the price. Quotes are issued manually after the form.
Which products can't I ship?
Items prohibited by TSA, IATA and Brazilian customs — including weapons, explosives, flammable liquids, drugs, counterfeits and currency. The form flags them automatically.
Which US cities do you pick up from?
We serve the main hubs (Miami, Orlando, New York, Los Angeles and others). Tell us your origin in the form and we confirm coverage.
How does tracking work?
After shipment confirmation you get a tracking number and status access. On exceptions, our team reaches out proactively.
